I want to order more than one product, is there volume pricing available?

Pleora does offer volume pricing, but not through an online order. Please contact our sales department to arrange for a volume price on a specific product: info@pleora.com or +1 613-270-0625 (by phone 8am to 4pm EST).

Delivery

If I place my order today, when will my delivery arrive?

Orders will typically be shipped within 2-3 business days. You will be notified if there will be a delay in shipping. Your shipment will be coming from Canada - please understand that domestic vs international shipment delivery times will vary. Please also be aware that Canadian holidays affect order processing and delivery time.

Shipping

I am ready to submit my order but I can't tell how much my shipping costs will be. How do I find the shipping cost for my order?

Once you have added a product or product to your cart:

  1. Click the shopping cart icon (top right)
  2. Click green check out button
  3. Enter in your billing and/or shipping information
  4. Click continue to next step (your order will not be processed at this step)
  5. Shipping is based on your order size and location. View the pricing related to your order - this amount will be added to your total bill

Does Pleora ship outside of Canada?

Yes, we do ship internationally. We do not charge taxes related to purchases outside Canada, however there will be a duty charge; charged upon delivery. The duty amount is dependent on the product(s) and shipping destination country. This duty charge is the responsibility of the customer.

I want to ship using ground service instead of air, why can't I select this option?

Pleora uses only air shipping for international shipment outside Canada, as brokerage fees will apply with ground shipments.

Payment

What type of payment do you accept for on-line orders?

Pleora accepts VISA and MC for payment of online orders.

Is my credit card charged as soon as I submit my order?

Once you submit your order, your card will be authorized and charged only when we have confirmed your order with you.

How will the charge on my credit card show up on my credit card statement?

The charge for your online purchase from Pleora Technologies Inc, will be listed as Pleora Tech Inc.

Duties and taxes

I am having a Pleora product shipped to me outside Canada, is there a duty charged?

Yes, there will be a duty charge; charged upon delivery. The duty amount is dependent on the product(s) and shipping destination country. This duty charge is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund policy

I have completed my order, but now I realize that I require a different product. How do I complete an exchange?

No problem - we would be glad to complete an exchange to ensure you have the correct product to fit your requirements. Please refer to our Refund policy.

Certification & Regulation

Is Pleora a COTS Supplier?
